Should I seek therapy for panic stop my panic attacks? I've been on medication (Celexa) for a while to stop my panic attacks, but I learned that the drugs were for anti-depressants instead of treating panic attacks. If anyone knows please tell, thanks.
The side effects of these drugs are so bad, I do not even understand why doctors prescribe them when you can get much more for nausea, headaches and tremors of them. What worked for me using this natural "One" technique. I first read about it online at the website of a panic attack victim before (take a look at the origin, story is very uplifting). I decided to give the program described in its history a try – I've never made a better decision in my life than that. I have no problems control or stop my panic attacks – in fact, I do not even have them in all week. Good luck to you.
