Ten years ago I stopped working and had a family, the time has come for me to return to some kind of work, but terrified me.Obviously part as I have been home a long time, but also when I worked before I suffered from severe panic attacks caused by being in a stressful job.I worry that again, it took me years to overcome fear them.I making an office job or working in a shop as I think I'm going to have anyone suggest a job stressed.Can to adapt, or help in any way? My husband is tired and wants to contribute the family income.

I started having panic attacks after working in a call center of high pressure. I know it sounds stressful, but it is the doctor and the products that had fueled by calls for us every 20 seconds without a break and they were talking with people who were very depressed for being very, very sick. That really affected me and I was nervous all the time. Upon entering the work and put the headphones made me mourn and begin to lose your breath and the feeling that was going to be black. I went to work in an entertainment center at the reception. Seeing all these people smiling – Families with children who want to take a bath, ladies of age who do aerobics come to pensioners, everyone welcome … made me feel much more relaxed. Bits were bored sitting there and the job was far from get the most out of my brain, just past the village of cards and give them the keys to the box office but it gave me a couple of years break and I had the opportunity to go to become a PA after that because it gave me back my confidence and my brain time to relax and adjust. You could try to work somewhere reception. If it's a smaller company with less people coming you might want that. Go to the reception wherever you are thinking, and just make sure the phones are not ringing and the receptionist not beset but as always there will be a strange which is better. Also what I liked about working at the reception was not sitting with a lot people you met at work so if you want to talk, did not have to. Only a customer greeting was fine, but sometimes if you are afraid of having a seizure panic sometimes persisting too long with one person in the conversation, the middle can start thinking 'what if I have one now? "and lose concentration makes it worse. Just 'Hi, key to the box office? Have a good visit "was enough for me, and then relax again.
